Sharon Hurt Reeves is a partner in the firm, primarily working in the areas of workers’ compensation, trial and appellate litigation, and insurance defense. Ms. Reeves has extensive experience representing employers and insurers in workers’ compensation litigation at the trial and appellate levels in various jurisdictions throughout the state.
Ms. Reeves maintains an active trial and appellate practice, representing clients in both state and federal courts. She has represented clients within the state as well as out-of-state clients in Georgia’s state and federal courts. She has extensive experience in handling employment cases at all levels from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission through the United States Federal Courts.
Ms. Reeves is a past advisor to the Georgia State 4-H Board and a former Trustee of the Georgia 4-H Foundation. She is a 2002 graduate of Leadership Macon and a member of the Middle Georgia Employers Association. Ms. Reeves is a former officer of Macon Soccer Club Board of Directors and former team manager. Ms. Reeves is a frequent speaker at various legal seminars and employer training sessions.
Ms. Reeves focuses her time away from work on her family’s many interests and endeavors including Northway Baptist Church Kids Ministry, Southern Alliance Futbol, Stratford Academy, and Georgia 4-H.
