Bio

Jordan S. Lipp began practicing at Jones Cork, LLP in 2026, after practicing three years in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Lipp grew up in Harris County, Georgia, where he graduated from Harris County High School. He then attended Mercer University’s Stetson-Hatcher School of Business, where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Upon graduating from Mercer University, Mr. Lipp attended Mercer University School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and first in his law school class. While at Mercer Law, he was a published member of the Mercer Law Review and President of the Christian Legal Society, and he earned a certificate in the Advanced Legal Writing Program. During law school, Mr. Lipp also served as a summer intern for Presiding Judge Stephen Louis A. Dillard of the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Upon graduating from Mercer University School of Law, Mr. Lipp clerked for then-Chief Justice Michael P. Boggs of the Supreme Court of Georgia. Mr. Lipp then practiced business litigation at King & Spalding LLP, where he litigated cases in federal and state courts across the country. Mr. Lipp has extensive experience in appellate practice and procedure, as well as defending commercial class actions, advising companies on litigation matters arising out of strained business relationships, and handling post-judgment collection matters.

At Jones Cork, Mr. Lipp handles a variety of litigation matters across Georgia. His practice focuses primarily on business litigation, as well as real estate and personal injury. Mr. Lipp is also a member of the firm’s education practice, where he advises school districts throughout the State. He prides himself on helping clients develop a clear, business-focused strategy from the outset of a matter. He then executes against that strategy to deliver winning results.

In his free time, Mr. Lipp enjoys spending time with his wife and son, reading, and listening to podcasts.
