- Preparation and negotiation of loan commitments and other preliminary documentation
- Preparation and negotiation of loan transaction documents, including promissory notes, loan agreements, guaranty agreements, security agreements, deeds to secure debt, and pledge agreements

- Conducting due diligence examination regarding potential borrowers and furnishing opinion letters

- Enforcement of the rights of lenders and borrowers under loan documents, including representing lenders and borrowers in collections, workout and bankruptcy proceedings
